I love you oh so well.

It's been a hard week.

A new kind of hard that I've never felt before.

When Dashing Boy and I were dating he made me a cd. It was so fun. Isn't it so fun when boys make you cds?

The first song was one by dave matthews- "Oh" I had never heard it before but I loved it. A little gem.

It goes like this:

The world is blowing up

It's beautiful.

And I feel so warm and thankful and happy for my Dashing Boy and wonderful family and friends when I listen to it.

I've been sewing a lot this week. Busy making Amy Butler's Lotus Tunic. Whew! lots of work! Dashing Boy and I have been married for nearly four years and it finally dawned on me a few months ago that we should be getting family pictures every couple of years or so.

I thought it would be very satisfying/fun to make my top- since I've been getting into sewing. (will post a pattern review and pictures of the complete piece soon)

And so tomorrow I get to meet That Wife - Jenna Cole! I've been very excited about meeting her and seeing her in action.

And I've been even more excited to have new pictures of our family. Just the two of us right now, but one day more. One day our children will look at it. Husband + me still getting butterflies four years later- I love it oh so well.
